With over 20 years of experience in pan-European life science recruitment, Paul brings in-depth market knowledge and practical know-how. From placing C-level executives at global healthcare groups to scale-up RPO assignments with biotech unicorns, he's placed thousands of people in virtually every European country, making good use of his fluent German and French. Outside of work, he's a proficient family cook, limited golfer and mildly enthusiastic dog-walker.

Will is all about practical solutions that make a real impact. He loves cracking the code on what businesses need, crafting smart strategies, and watching companies thrive. You'll often find him working from a café or a business lounge at the gym, fueled by fresh ideas (and Cola Zero). When he's not deep in talent strategy, he's travelling, chasing race days across Europe, or geeking out over cars. As someone with dyslexia and ADHD, Will embraces being neurospicy and is passionate about highlighting the unique strengths neurodiversity brings to businesses, and showing how it's used as a superpower.
